Welcome to The Sandbox Place — a safe, creative space where kids can play, explore, and learn! To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following rules and policies before entering the play area.
Sandbox Rules
No food or drink past the café wall.
No running or rough play in the sandbox area.
No throwing sand.
No shoes in the sandbox.
Sand is intended to be played with dry. Do not add water to any sandboxes. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be assessed and applied to the account if water is added to the sandbox.
Sand‑free toddler area is for children under age 2 only.
No shoes (adult or child) in the toddler area.
No sand may be brought into the toddler area.
Party rooms are off‑limits except during peak hours, when staff may open them for member use.
We love creativity, but to keep things fair and clean for all our guests, please leave personal toys at home — The Sandbox Place provides plenty to play with!
Safety and Supervision
Adult supervision is required. A parent or guardian must remain on-site and supervise their child at all times.
Sickness policy: Children showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, excessive coughing, etc.) may not play.
Injury reporting: Any injury must be reported to staff immediately so we can document and assist.
Facility and Conduct
Respectful play: No rough play, bullying, or inappropriate behavior. Staff may remove guests who do not follow rules.
Personal belongings: The Sandbox Place is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Damage: Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children to facility property or equipment.
Capacity limits: Re‑entry is not guaranteed if the facility reaches capacity.
Membership & Payment Terms
Memberships renew automatically each month or year unless cancelled through the member portal before the next billing date.
All sales are final. No refunds for partial months or unused playtime.
Prices and hours are subject to change with notice posted on our website or member portal.
Memberships may be suspended or cancelled for repeated policy violations.
Birthday Parties and Private Bookings
Party deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another date with at least 14 days’ notice.
Please start and end your party within your reserved time. Early setup or late cleanup may result in additional fees.
Outside food and catering may be arranged for reserved parties and private bookings, but all food and drinks must remain in the party room.
All food and drink must be kept out of the sandbox. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any spilled food or drink within the sand.

Photography and Media
By entering, visitors grant permission for The Sandbox Place to use photos or videos taken on-site for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials).
Guests may take personal photos but should avoid photographing other children without their parent’s consent.
Closures and Emergency Policies
The Sandbox Place may close due to severe weather, holidays, or maintenance. Updates will be posted on our website and social media pages.
In the event of an emergency, all guests must follow staff directions immediately and evacuate safely.
Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency involving my child(ren), I authorize The Sandbox Place staff to call emergency services (911) and to cooperate with emergency responders. I understand that healthcare providers will obtain any required consent directly from me and that I am responsible for all resulting medical expenses.
Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment
I understand that participation in activities at The Sandbox Place involves inherent risks, including the potential for minor injuries. By signing below, I agree to release and hold harmless The Sandbox Place, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury or loss that may occur while on the premises. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to follow all facility policies listed above.
