Service Description
Give yourself a well-deserved night out while the kids enjoy an evening of play, pizza, and a movie at The Sandbox Place! Our Parents’ Night Out is packed with kid-friendly fun. Children will have time to dig, build, and explore in the sand, enjoy pizza and juice for dinner, then wind down with a movie. It’s the perfect mix of active play and cozy relaxation in a space made just for kids. This event is for children ages 4 and up who are fully potty trained. Whether you’re planning a date night, catching up with friends, or simply taking time to recharge, you can feel good knowing your child is having a fun-filled evening at The Sandbox Place. Please plan to pick up your child promptly at the event end time. A late-pickup fee of $1 per minute, per child will be assessed beginning five minutes after the event ends.

Booking Policy
Parents’ Night Out requires advance registration and full payment at the time of booking. Each reservation is valid only for the child, event date, and time selected. Space is limited, and walk-in registration is not guaranteed. Participation is open to children ages 4 and older who are fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently. A minimum number of registered children is required for the event to take place. If The Sandbox Place cancels an event due to insufficient enrollment or another circumstance, families will receive a full refund. Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a credit toward a future Parents’ Night Out event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event and no-shows are nonrefundable and are not eligible for credit. A completed participation waiver must be on file for each child before they may attend Parents’ Night Out. An existing waiver satisfies this requirement. At drop-off on the day of the event, a parent or legal guardian must also complete an authorization form for each child and agree to the event’s terms before leaving the child in our care. Parents or guardians must sign their child in and out, remain reachable by phone throughout the event, and arrange pickup by the scheduled end time. Children will be released only to an authorized adult, and photo identification will be required. Please disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, and support needs at least 72 hours before the event so we can discuss whether appropriate arrangements are available.
