Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled party. In that case, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another party date.
